Job Responsibilities:

1) Co-ordinating with buyer related to sampling requirement.

2) Should communicate and keep a follow- up with the buyer requirements.

3) Should keep a follow up with sampling process for timely delivery of the order.

4) Must prepare production file with detail documents, approvals, samples and material requirement sheet according to the tech pack.

5) Must co-ordinate with the purchase team to avoid shortage during production.

6) Keeping follow up with the supplier for the raw materials.

7) Making TNA for timely execution of an order and chase department that are running late.

8) Should be able to solve if any problem arises during production.

9) Conduct in-production check.

10) Quality Inspection

11) Keeping track of style status and updating the system software and the same to top management.
