• 2+ years of experience in sales; preferably in retail sales of kurta sets and dresses
• Manage our retail sales distribution within fashion boutiques, outdoor specialty stores and clothing store outlets.
• Meet and exceed seasonal and monthly sales goals
• Forecast and plan out future season goals within territory
• Report current market trends and share store input with team
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Must be organized and have strong follow up.
• Ideally has strong relationships with buyers in the territory
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
