Recruitment and Payroll

  • Managing all HR procedures
  • Identifying company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process
  • Conducting monthly payroll reviews, statistics and reports.
  • Providing information to employees regarding benefits, insurance and retirement plan.
  • Managing all employee data.
  • Updating employee records
  • Developing and evaluating on boarding plans
  • Providing support for employee administration and processing issues
  • Assisting in the development and management of HR programs
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements


TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT · 
  • Preparing and setting  KRAs for all levels with the help of concern HODs
  • Preparing skill development sheet of all level and department ·        
  • Identify the training need and analysis ·         
  • Prepare the training calendar accordingly ·         
  • Conduct various  Training program mandatory for plant level ·         
  • Actively involved in the skill development program for hired trainees.
  •  Organizing External Training programs 
MIS ·        
  • Preparing MIS on monthly basis for recruitment , training, costing, attrition, manpower budget ·              
  • Updating Master Employee Data Sheet
Education and experience
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
