Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Acquiring clients by penetrating new markets, working with channel partners.    Preparing quarterly Business Development Strategy and reviewing the same and monitoring the progress.
Preparing techno-commercial proposals.
Preparing weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan.
Staying updated with new technologies.
Maintaining relations with client.
Circulating weekly updates on the market scenario/competition within the team.  Project management.
Provide necessary on the job training and performance coaching to the team.    Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.    Set clear team goals.   
Delegate tasks and set deadline & oversee day-to-day operation.   
Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
