Understand exact requirement of customer’s order from sales team
Co-ordinate with production, stores & purchase department for execution of sales order
Confirm the order delivery date to sales team after checking material availability & production capacity
Regularly taking update with production team about order execution
Maintaining all records & documentation regarding dispatches 
Sampling co-ordination with sales & production team Responsible for inspection before shipping the product. 
Responsible for the smooth and effective functioning of order execution Inspection should be done through QC department before shipping the product In case of deviation/complaints from customer, NC should be raised
