1. Assist in formulating and improving, organizing and implementing human resource management related rules and regulations and work processes;
2, responsible for the daily management of the department and department staff management, guidance, training and evaluation;

Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above in human resource management or related major;
2, more than three years of human resource management experience;
3. Familiar with employees' entry, departure and social insurance;
4, familiar with all kinds of recruitment channels and recruitment processes, master good interview skills;
5, familiar with human resources recruitment, salary, performance assessment, training and other regulations and processes, familiar with the national labor and personnel regulations and policies;
6, with strong language skills, interpersonal skills, adaptability, communication skills and problem-solving ability, affinity, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism;
7, with good learning ability, skilled in computer operation, skilled in using a variety of office software;
