Job Summary : We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
Develop Marketing Strategies: Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This includes identifying target demographics, market positioning, and competitive analysis.
Brand Management: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the brand image across all channels. Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and brand positioning.
Campaign Development: Lead the creation of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital initiatives. Develop creative concepts and messaging that effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.
Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies. Stay updated on digital trends and implement innovative tactics to engage consumers online.
Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content, including copywriting, imagery, and video assets. Ensure content is tailored to different platforms and effectively communicates the brand's story. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, preferences, and behavior. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development decisions.
Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences. Negotiate and manage relationships with external partners, influencers, and sponsors.
Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials and tools that support their efforts. Provide training and guidance on brand messaging and positioning.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics and analyze campaign effectiveness. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • ·       Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
  •   ·       Proven experience in marketing within the apparel industry, with a strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
  • ·       Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • ·       Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management, email marketing software, and web analytics.
  • ·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • ·       Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:
