Job Summary:* Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in our retail store. Assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain store appearance Salary Range: 15000 to 18000 Location: Heeraji Collection #69, G.R.Market, behind Lal Building, Old Tharagupet, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560053 Qualification (Min & Max) : 12th /Graduate Experience (Min & Max) : 1 Years to 2 years Key Roles And responsibilities 1. Customer Service:* · Greet and assist customers. · Provide product information and resolve issues. 2. *Sales:* · Meet and exceed sales targets. · Upsell and cross-sell products. · 3. *Store Operations:* · Stock merchandise and manage inventory. · Maintain a clean, organized store. 4. *Team Collaboration:* · Work with team to achieve store goals. · Assist in training new staff. Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience in fashion retail sales or customer service.
- Skills:
