Job Description

• Conducting Recruitment process at the unit Level.

• Handling monthly payroll, attendance and yearly forms for employees.

• Follow up on confirmation records and Statutory obligations- PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus.

• Support the team in conducting meetings and trainings at plant level.

Skills required

• Good in communication both written and Oral (English, Kannada).

• Attention to Detail.

• Time Management.
