Procurement & Vendor Management  Plan and manage procurement of fabrics, trims, accessories, and packaging  Ensure timely material availability as per production plans  Monitor vendor performance, quality, and compliance Inventory, Warehouse & Stores  Oversee raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory  Control stock levels, minimize excess and dead stock  Implement proper inward, outward, DC, GRN, and stock reconciliation  Ensure accurate inventory reporting in ERP / Tally Logistics & Dispatch  Manage inbound and outbound logistics  Ensure dispatch as per ASN, DC, invoice, and delivery schedules  Coordinate with transporters and warehouses for smooth movement of goods  Control logistics costs and reduce transit delays Planning & Cost Control  Prepare supply chain plans aligned with sales forecasts  Monitor and control material cost, job work cost, logistics cost  Improve process efficiency and reduce lead time  Support management in costing and margin improvement
