Job Summary:
Oversee quality control measures, resolve production issues and collaborate
with management to implement quality standards, train vendors, and maintain
consistent product quality that meets global requirements. Focus on a
proactive, preventative approach to drive continuous improvement in processes
and products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspection and issue report
- Oversee and monitor production
- Perform quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Support new and high-risk products through in-process quality control, including risk assessment, safety block pattern alignment, and adherence to customer expectations
- Conduct sample reviews for technical and commercial compliance on request.
- Develop a long-term partnership with factory
- Any ad-hoc assignment as required
- At least five years of relevant QC working experience.
- Strong product-relevant knowledge of woven/Knit and sweater products
- Strong problem-solving capability.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Honest and possessing high integrity value.
