KEY
RESPONSIBILITY
• Manage the complete merchandising cycle from product development to shipment for international buyer accounts. Independently handle buyer accounts, including costing, order execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, planning, and logistics teams for timely execution.
Monitor T&A calendars and ensure on-time shipment while meeting quality and compliance standards.
Build strong relationships with buyers and support business growth.
Lead and mentor a team of Merchandisers/Assistant Merchandisers.
Drive process improvements to achieve delivery, quality, and commercial objectives.
